Our Fees

We strive to provide quality services at an affordable price. We typically charge an hourly fee for services rendered although on occasion we will offer a fixed fee or contingency arrangement. For significant tasks, we will usually initiate an engagement letter that will specify the services to be provided and the applicable fees. Hourly fees are as follows:

- Tax, Business Consulting
and Research Services- $150.00/hr

- Individual CPA Attestation Letters
for Mortgage Lenders - $150.00/hr

- Payroll and Accounting
related services - $150.00/hr.

Representative fees for certain tasks:

- Incorporation including all filing fees, corporate kit w/ seal and related organizational documents, obtaining federal and state identification numbers and S-Corporation election - $750.00

- Organization of an LLC including all filing fees, operating agreement and obtaining federal and state identification numbers - $750.00
